Return and Refund Policy for LolaBella Creations

Thank you for shopping with us at LolaBella Creations! We take pride in creating custom products tailored to your individual style. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Custom Orders:
Due to the personalized nature of our custom cups and products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on items once they have been personalised.

Damaged Items:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel if your item is damaged, defective or if you have received an incorrect item.  You can contact us at lolabellacreations@hotmail.com. Please provide us with photographs and as much information as possible regarding the damages to allow us to investigate it promptly with the courier.

Please keep all packaging and the damaged items until the claim is fully processed, as the carrier may request inspection. Clear photos of the damage and packaging will be required. 

Please note; Small air bubbles/pockets may appear in the cup as a result of the shipping process. This is a normal occurrence and isn't considered a defect, therefore doesn't warrant a replacement. Large bubbles or leakage however are classed as a defect, we will offer ( at our discretion)  a repair or replacement upon inspection. 

Important Note: If the cup was received without any visible damage or issues, we are unable to offer any replacement or refund for broken cups that occurred after delivery.

Order Issues:
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item received), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Custom Products:
Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 5 days of delivery, with the customer covering return shipping and a 50% restock fee.

Gift Cards/Sale Items:

Unfortunately these items are unable to be returned or refunded.
